Complying with our philosophy of “Active Relaxation” we offer our guests of all ages the possibility to live the “Canadian Wilderness Experience”.
Horseback riding is one of the main activities.
Our experienced guides are looking forward to taking you on a trip regardless of whether you are a beginner or an expert.
A tour will take some 2 hours and allows having a wonderful view of Spout Lake and its surrounding area.
Canoeing / Kayaking
An awesome experience is an early morning trip on the lake. Motionless water, a mystical atmosphere, the call of the loon and pure solitude.
Canoeing / kayaking is a great opportunity to watch the wildlife at the lake shore, like the moose in early summer.
For our guests with a half-board package the canoe / kayak is free of charge.
We offer a road and trail system for all tastes. Collecting mushrooms in spring and enjoying the beautiful and colorful flowers in summer are just two examples.
A short stroll to the beaver pond behind the lodge is always rewarding.
How about a picnic on an idyllic island on the lake?
What about exploring the shoreline to spot the wildlife with beavers, otters, geese, moose, loons, etc.
Our boats with 8 hp outboard-motors are available on an hourly or daily basis.
Spout Lake is the home of the rainbow-trout. Not only our domestic lake but also the neighboring waters “Two Mile Lake” and “Pete’s Lake” are occupied by them.
The beginners and the “One day” fishermen can rent the fishing gear at the lodge.
As a guest of Ten-ee-ah Lodge you can become a member of the Ten-ee-ah Flying Club and enjoy the privilege of a sight seeing flight in a floatplane. More about flying at Spout Lake
