Check In / Check Out:
Check in time is after 3:00 pm. Check out time is until 11:00 am.
Ten-ee-ah Lodge produces its own power by generator which is shut off at night from approximately 12:15 am until 6:45 am.
Phone and Internet:
We are connected to a private satellite-communication system, so landlines are not available for use.
Free WLAN is available in the main building for your convenience.
An emergency first aid kit is available upon request. Please remember any personal medication.
For the comfort of our guests, there is a “no smoking policy” in all of our buildings.
We have a no-pet policy for guests staying in our cabins. Those guests travelling in motorhomes
must clean up after their dog and keep their dogs on a leash at all times.
As we are a wilderness resort, there are some additional risks involved with our optional activities.
Please understand and accept the additional risks involved in our optional activities, which are at your own risk.
Horseback Riding Restrictions:
The maximum allowed weight is 100 kg, or at the wrangler’s discretion. Any general health concerns or previous injuries should
be discussed with the wrangler prior to booking your tour. Children must be 7 years of age or older and children aged 7-12
must be accompanied by an adult family member. The wrangler has the authority to deny any individual that is considered
not to be fit enough for horseback riding, due to the safety of the individual, the other riders, and/or horses.
Payment / Methods of Payment:
Final payment can be done at the end of your stay. Your credit card information is only to guarantee your reservation.
Ten-ee-ah Lodge accepts VISA, Master Card, Travelers Cheques, and cash.
Cancellations of any confirmed reservation must be received by written notification; fax, mail, or email.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival is charged 100% on your bill.
